hypr_gate Radar Data Logger Features
Fully Customizable
hypr_gate supports different types of interfaces (SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, SATA 3, SFP+, etc.). Data can be logged to internal storage (SSD) or streamed to the host device.
Real-Time, Low-Latency Data Streaming
Real-time data streaming via 1 Gbps Ethernet or USB 3.0 interfaces. The latency between packet arrival and packet processing is reduced to ~10 ns.
Sensor Fusion
The logger can collect data from camera, radar, and lidar sensors or any combination of the three. This allows for sensor fusion that greatly improves system redundancy and decision-making.
Radar Data Analysis and Processing
hypr_gate enables real-time radar signal processing using 1D and 2D FFT (
Fast Fourier Transform) as well as 1D and 2D CFAR (
Constant False Alarm Rate). The hypr_gate logger can perform basic data analysis to ensure data integrity and validity, such as CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) or plotting for anomaly visualization.
Desktop Application
A Python-based desktop application for radar configuration and status monitoring of the logger platform. The application is compatible with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) OS.
System Monitoring
hypr_gate has system monitoring IPs that can be used to monitor system parameters including temperature, pressure, voltage, and current.
On-board Storage
hypr_gate leverages an internal SSD for storing raw data streams. Currently enables up to 55 minutes of recording time based on a test configuration with 1 TB SSD and maxed throughput at ~2.4 Gbps.
Remote Updates
hypr_gate can be remotely updated over Ethernet/USB interface using
Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP). This allows for automatic updates and easy addition of new functionalities to the platform.
